With more than 10 years of experience in Group Counseling with groups such as Domestic Violence, Sex Offender Specific Treatment and Substance Abuse and a background in Rehabilitation Counseling and Individual Counseling, Crystal brings with her a thorough knowledge of how adults interact in the world and the unique relationships people have with one another. She serves as both a group counselor and a supportive individual and couples’ counselor. Crystal utilizes different counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral, Reality Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Crystal has a gift for connecting with people and helping them navigate their individual issues. She also has a passion for the LGBTQ community and the difficulties they may experience beginning in their teen years through adulthood. She offers a nonjudgmental perspective in all relationship dynamics.
Crystal is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Crystal earned her Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
